Cooking experience of local cuisine starting from Chania
DESCRIPTION :
Would you like to bring back home except from photos also traditional recipes and culinary skills? Then this activity is the right choice!!The workshops take place at a farmhouse in an open air outdoor kitchen in Metohi village.
All vegetables used are organic and are produced at the Farm !! During the farm tour, you’ll explore our enchanting vegetable garden, free-range chickens and sheep, olive groves, wine cellar, and citrus orchard.A full meal of your creation is included ! The workshops are all hand’s on and everything is made from scratch. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate. Menu that we will cook together is Kalitsounia, Dakos, Tzatziki, Cretan salad and from main dishes Gemista or Boureki and Pork meat . Each workshop lasts for about 5+ hours.
