All the information of what is included and what is not in each activity and tour is written clearly and understandably so that there are no hidden costs for our customer.

2) WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT METHODS/TERMS ?

Upon booking a tour or activity you will be redirected to checkout payment where you can pay directly and securely by credit card or paypal . There are some tours/ activities that are on request basis so you will fill an inquiry form that will be send to us and we will email you if there is availability for your request. If there is we will send you a payment link to pay by credit card or paypal. Payments are required before the day of the tour or activity you have booked.

3) ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES PAID ON SPOT OR ON THE DAY OF THE EXCURSION?

On some tours / activities there are some boat fees and entrances that have to be paid on spot in cash to our guide so it would be better to have this amount in cash rather than card to avoid the queues .

4) WILL I GET A VOUCHER TICKET OR A CONFIRMATION UPON BOOKING;

After you have completed your payment you will receive a confirmation email of your pick up time and place that will include you voucher ticket for your tour / acitivity . You can show this ticket either printed or on your mobile phone to enter the tour .

5) HOW CAN I BOOK MY TOUR WITH YOU ?

You can easily book your tour after clicking the button “BOOK NOW” and searching for available dates . After choosing your date please enter the amount of Adults and Children participating and you will see the summary amount before you click “PROCEED” .
